This is a remote role for one of our international clients in Switzerland.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven hands-on experience implementing Logik CPQ (at least 1-2 years)
• Product Catalog configuration and Product Modeling
• Configuration of complex products, bundles, and commercial offers
• Configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies, and pricing logic
• Experience integrating Logik CPQ using Logik Open APIs (REST APIs)
• Experience troubleshooting Logik CPQ integrations
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery teams, including experience refining features into user stories
• Fluent English (German is a plus)

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT)
• ServiceNow Product Catalog Management
• Quote-to-Order and Order Management processes
• Telecommunications industry experience / Telecommunications product catalog management
• Experience integrating Logik CPQ with ServiceNow

Certifications - Mandatory

• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD

Certifications - Preferred

• SOMT Accreditation
• ServiceNow CIS certifications (or other relevant ServiceNow implementation certifications)
