Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on compliance and regulatory matters across the business.
- Monitor compliance with applicable Swiss regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct compliance reviews, controls, and monitoring activities.
- Analyse client relationships and transactions, carrying out enhanced due diligence where required.
- Support the development and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Deliver guidance and training to stakeholders on compliance-related topics.
- Assist with the implementation of regulatory changes and internal governance initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements and compliance-related technology projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience within Compliance in a banking environment.
- Experience gained within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a similar financial services setting.
- Strong understanding of Swiss regulatory requirements, AML, KYC, and Financial Crime frameworks.
- Experience conducting due diligence reviews, compliance assessments, and regulatory monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Professional proficiency in German and English is highly desirable.
