We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Marketing, Design & Digital Sales (MDDS) Graduate Talent Program.



You'll get to:



• collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement

• learn about the entire Marketing, Design & Digital Sales offering in Switzerland and various initiatives across the bank

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients

• develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business

• attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business



Your team:



You'll be working in our Marketing, Design & Digital Sales (MDDS) team in Zürich who is responsible for several areas such as transformation, integration and product development. MDDS is part of the COO area of UBS Switzerland. We shape UBS's client engagement by creating data-driven campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and refining online presence to deliver innovative, client-focused experiences. You'll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.



Your expertise:



We're looking for a candidate who:



• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)

• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date

• has no more than two years of full-time work experience

• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a MINT topic.

• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

• has a genuine interest in leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to create impactful marketing campaigns and design and enhance client engagement and experience



Start date: 1 February 2027



Your Program:



Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge in banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
