Paralegal

Our client is an international commodity trading company based in Zug.

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced and proactive Paralegal to join their Corporate Service team.

Your mission

- Prepare materials for the Board of Directors
- Active participation in corporate reorganisations and other cross-functional projects
- Work with corporate documents and corporate fillings
- Draft and review corporate documentation and work with other general legal documentation such as guarantees and legal opinions
- Managing the law firms the company is cooperating with

Your background

- At least 3 years of experience working as a Paralegal or within in a legal team
- Legal education preferred
- Experienced working for a large international firm
- Proactive, organised and with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
- Fluency in English
