Corporate Finance Director

Our client is an international commodity producing group based in German speaking Switzerland.

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a Corporate Finance Director experienced in equity and debt capital markets with previous exposure to the US, Asia, Europe and South America.

Your mission

- Together with the MD, be responsible for ECM and DCM raising and on-going management of investor relations in the international capital markets
- Structure funds and products for different funding models, pools of capital
- Complete, review and supervise the preparation of business plans, marketing presentations and valuation models using normal methodologies
- Draft SEC, EU and FCA compliant investor releases
- Work with multiple stakeholders and develop junior team members

Your background

- 10+ years of experience in equity and debt capital markets gained in an investment bank
- In depth previous sector coverage of commodity/bulk chemical/shipping/large scale industrial plant financing is an absolute must, if not present files will not be considered
- Alternative investments exposure, fund structuring experience is a clear plus
- Working knowledge of Green Finance Framework and Second party Opinion requirements
- Previous exposure to project based financing is a clear plus
- Knowledge of the rules governing market disclosures
- Experience working on contested or complex M&A transactions with publicly listed companies
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability work with tight deadlines
- English native or equivalent with the experience of drafting investor documents in English
- Solid Excel skills
- Swiss/EU national or an existing valid working permit for Switzerland
