We are seeking anentreprenerial Team Head and Senior Relationship Manager with a corporate banking orientation to lead one of orEropean teams based in Geneva. In this pivotal role, yo will drive themanagement and expansion of client relationships within the Eropean markets. Yorkey responsibilities will inclde strategically strengthening existing clientacconts, acqiring new relationships, and delivering exceptional service toor Private Banking clients and professional partners.

Key responsibilities:

Develop client relationships with a dedicated focs on Eropean markets, ensring their needs are thoroghly nderstood and addressed effectively.

Overseeing and managing the performance and development of one of the Eropean teams in Geneva.

Providing gidance, mentorship, and spport to team members to ensre they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Condcting reglar team meetings, setting goals, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the front-line team, inclding managing workflow, schedling, and resorce allocation.

Monitor and ensre compliance with specified risk parameters.

Provide advisory services on a wide range of prodcts and services, inclding secrities trading, mortgage and Lombard loans.

Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall client experience.

Yor skills:

Ability to set a clear vision and direction for the team, aligning goals with organizational objectives.

Ability to effectively commnicate goals, expectations, and feedback to team members.

Relevant experience with HNWI clients. A backgrond in corporate banking, whether throgh edcation or practical experience, is considered an asset.

Broad network and strong bsiness development skills in the financial indstry
niversity degree or eqivalent higher edcation qalification.

Otstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize mltiple tasks, and work efficiently.

Strong IT skills, preferably with advanced Avaloq knowledge.

Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
