We're looking for a client account manager to:

• manage daily business in PC / HNW client servicing and provide high quality service
• be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
• be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
• manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
• perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
• research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
• identify cross-selling opportunities and discuss them with the client advisor
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience, taking care of administrative, risk and legal & compliance related tasks and duties
• support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings
• join client advisors occasionally in client meetings

Your team

You'll be working in the Greece & Cyprus team in Geneva. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You'll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

• financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
• (bachelor's) degree or equivalent financial qualifications
• solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
• effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
• able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
• interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
• sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
• superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
• confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• professional level in English and French (oral and written), further languages are an asset
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
