Job Description

An international Private Bank company in Geneva is looking for their new Assistant Client Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationship management activities for external asset managers and their client portfolios
• Assist in onboarding new clients and partners, ensuring thorough due diligence and compliance checks
• Conduct periodic reviews of client relationships and maintain up-to-date documentation and records
• Monitor account activities to ensure operational and regulatory compliance
• Execute transactions including trading, foreign exchange, payments, settlements, and credit-related requests
• Prepare client reports, manage correspondence, and provide support for digital banking services
• Handle client and internal inquiries promptly and accurately via phone and email
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to senior relationship managers

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or banking-related education/apprenticeship
• 2 to 3 years experience in private banking or a similar environment in Switzerland
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with banking systems is a plus
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
