Urgent hiring requirements for experienced WICA claims professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end handling of Work Injury Compensation Insurance (WICA) claims portfolio including assessment, negotiation, and settlement in accordance with policy terms, regulatory requirements, and delegated authority.
2. Review medical reports, accident investigations, and support documentation to determine liability, compensation, and appropriate reserving strategies.
3. Liaise with employers, injured employees, brokers, TPAs, lawyers, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient claims resolution.
4. Monitor claim reserves, identify recovery opportunities, prepare claims reports, and analyse portfolio trends to support effective claims management.
5. Support continuous improvement initiatives while providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members where required.

Qualifications and Competencies:

1. Hands-on experience in processing WICA claims
2. Required to have insurance certifications BCP, PGI and ComGI.
