Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle daily Central Provident Fund Investment Scheme (CPFIS) and Supplementary Retirement (SRS) trades timely and accurately.
• Prepare and issue payments to Product Providers.
• Liaise with Product Providers on trade matters.
• Liaise with CPF Board on scheme matters and funds status.
• Prepare and issue payment to IRAS for SRS withholding tax and penalty fees.
• Ensure prompt processing of Corporate Action events such as Rights, Tender Offer, Warrant Conversion and others.
• Perform check on reconciliation breaks.
• Manage queries from Customer Centre and branches.
• Participate and provide support in Operations initiatives/projects.

Requirements

• Minimally Bachelor's degree, preferably in Banking or Business
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience, preferably with prior team lead experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good in interpersonal and problem-solving skills
