This is a newly created role which will seat in the investment & acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity to work under the leadership of a multifaceted CIO with years of experience in the real estate investment and fund management.
You will be play a critical role through all phases of the investment processes, primarily responsible for the deal origination, execution.
We are looking for someone who has at least 10 - 15 years of investment and acquisition, especially in real estate sector. Familarily with Japan, Korea or China market would be ideal.
Given this is a new role, the ideal candidate should be well rounded and ready to execute deals but also get involved in corporate strategy related work as well where this person will be responsible for operational oversight and management of investments, including working and coordinating closely with other departments within the firm and external partners such as legal counsels
