Our client is an established and fast-growing financial institution with an expanding international footprint. As the organisation continues to scale, it is seeking to appoint an experienced People Operations professional to strengthen employee lifecycle delivery and support the continued development of its HR operating infrastructure.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the broader People team to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle delivery across the firm's multiple international offices, ensuring operational excellence, sound governance and a consistent employee experience.
This is a highly hands-on role spanning the day-to-day execution of core people processes, employee data and documentation, and HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle. You will also identify opportunities to simplify and strengthen existing processes, improve controls and ways of working, and support enhancements to systems and workflows as the organisation continues to grow.
Requirements
You are a degree-qualified HR professional with demonstrated experience in People Operations or a broad-based HR role, preferably gained within a financial institution or similarly fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Operationally strong and detail-oriented, you combine a hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset and take pride in delivering accurate, efficient and well-governed processes. You are comfortable working in a lean, high-performing environment, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and have the initiative to identify gaps, solve problems and establish more effective ways of working.
