PAYROLL MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Payroll and HR Finance function across APAC with Singapore, India, and Japan focus
- Payroll accounting and identify process improvements opportunities; working with the company to streamline and automate processes
- Manage employment related tax matters including withholding tax and in-bound/ out-bound arrangements, employer tax filing,
- Maintaining a close working relationship with external providers such as banks, payroll agent, tax advisors and other vendors and
- Oversee daily accounts payable/ expense claim process flow and cash flow management
- Handle ad-hoc queries related to the accounts payable/ Expense claim process
- Maintain the expense processing system
- Participate in financial operations project
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree educated with emphasis in Accounting is a plus
- Payroll and HR finance experience is a must
- Familiar with APAC employment rules and regulations
- Experience with Hedge Funds, Investment Management and/or Securities broker preferred
- Good IT skills and have used Peoplesoft, Concur, and Other Accounts Payable system is ideal
