Our client is a highly successful and well-regarded financial institution with strong presence in the region. With continued investments into technology and innovation to support its strategic transformation including its human resources function, there is now a rare opportunity for a digitally savvy HR leader to lead its HR Technology function.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the MD, HR APAC and Global Head of HRIS, you will lead the HRIS function across APAC, overseeing SAP SuccessFactors and driving the development of scalable, fit for purpose HR systems. Leading a regional team, you will partner closely with HR, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver HR technology, automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, data quality and employee experience You will also represent the APAC region on a global HR transformation programme, partnering with global and regional stakeholders to shape system design, ensure regional requirements are reflected in the future operating model, and support the successful implementation of enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives. You will also champion robust HR data governance and leverage technology to strengthen workforce insights and strategic decision making.
Requirements
You are an experienced HRIS or HR Technology leader with a strong track record of managing enterprise HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, within complex financial services organisations with regional operations. You bring experience leading HR technology transformation, system implementations, data governance and process optimisation, and have successfully partnered with global and regional stakeholders on large scale change programmes. You are an effective people leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets. Analytical, commercially minded and delivery focused, you are passionate about leveraging HR technology and data to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
