HR Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

The HR Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of HR marketing strategies, communications and activities, both externally and internally, to support the OCBC employer brand.

  • Build the OCBC HR Marketing capability, partnering closely with internal HR partners and Corporate Communications to build the necessary framework, platforms and tools to enable effective communication of OCBC's brand and employer brand, internally and externally.

  • Ensure the consistent articulation of OCBC's desired employer brand internally and externally, and across all touch points and channels including social media, traditional media and campus outreach programmes.

  • Develop and implement HRmarketing strategies to support the business plans of the various HR functions, including supporting Head of Group HR to develop thought leadership presence in the media. This would entail collaborating with content creators, advertising agencies, media partners and research agencies.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations to refine the strategies.

  • Regularly conduct relevant market research into trends / best practices and share actionable insights for Group HR's execution.


Qualifications
Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience
  • Strong digital marketing capabilities with 3+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability in influencing cross functional departments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; familiarity with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and other marketing analytics
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Able to work independently
