  • Support Domestic Bond settlement acitivites.
  • Coordinate with the various internal Departments and external parties for support of the Business.
  • Manage Settlement issues and queries from internal / external counterparties.
  • Manage of new projects initiated by the Business.
  • Support the Management strategy & plan and meeting the target objectives set up by the Mangement Team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform Bond settlement process for Domestic Market.
  • Support Front Office in any new products or business.
  • Manage complex / high level business & Settlement issues.
  • Actively follow-up on all outstanding issues with timely resolutions.
  • Review daily escalations & close-out issues timely.
  • Participate in evaluating system enhancements, UATs and projects.
  • Drive process improvement and productivity through process reengineering.
  • Manage Audit review and ensure audit issues are being addressed and solutions provided.
  • Review BCP requirement and ensure robust BCP arrangement is in place.
  • Monitoring timely completion of KCSA and KCS are duly followed.
  • Identify KCS breaks and ensure it is address/ manage in an appropriate manner.
  • Ensure that all exceptions are reported in accordance to the Escalation policy.
  • Constant review of SLA , CA & PPG to ensure complete and accurate recording of process procedure & service requirements.
  • Highlight any suspicious trades in accordance to the anti-Money Laundering policy.
  • Support the Management strategy & plan and meeting the target objectives set up by the Mangement Team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of Securities settlement experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Has some experience in handling BAU projects
