This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Data Centre Operations team in APAC, supporting the physical infrastructure that underpins high-performance trading systems. The role combines hands-on data centre work with project delivery and collaboration across engineering and trading teams to maintain and scale critical low-latency environment
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead deployment of physical infrastructure across APAC data centres and support global operations as needed
- Manage and execute data centre projects (e.g. colocation builds, expansions, and equipment migration)
- Install, maintain, and optimise structured cabling, power, and cooling systems
- Perform server hardware integration including component installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Support network deployment and work closely with internal engineering teams
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for infrastructure support
- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and testing procedures
- Assist with logistics and inventory management to support deployments
- ~5+ years of experience in data centre operations or infrastructure engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with networking hardware (switches/routers) in low-latency environments
- Proven experience supporting trading infrastructure or latency-sensitive systems
- Solid understanding of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, and multicast
- Experience working with fibre optics, transceivers, and optical networking technology
- Comfortable working with server hardware (e.g. component installs, diagnostics, firmware updates)
- Strong project execution and change management discipline
- Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and cross-team collaboration
- Flexibility to support weekend or shifted work schedules when required
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
