Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the organisation’s compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
2. Oversee salary benchmarking, market surveys, annual salary reviews and bonus exercises.
3. Administer employee benefits, insurance programmes and related policies.
4. Support compensation planning, budgeting and workforce cost analysis.
5. Review and enhance C&B policies, processes and practices in line with business needs.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and statutory requirements.
7. Partner with HR and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5–10 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience.
2. Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, compensation structures and benefits administration.
3. Experience managing annual salary reviews and bonus exercises.
4. Good analytical skills with strong numerical proficiency.
5. Proficient in Excel and HR systems.
6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
