What You'll Do

• Lead digital platform transformations by overseeing implementation of new technologies such as soft token authentication and migration processes to improve security and user experience.
• Define comprehensive client experience strategies and map detailed user journeys for digital banking initiatives, ensuring every touchpoint is optimised for satisfaction and ease of use.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications and actionable user stories that drive project success.
• Conduct thorough data analysis, gap assessments, and impact evaluations to identify areas for improvement within existing digital banking processes.
• Take ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital banking projects by creating test plans, managing defect resolution, and establishing clear success criteria.
• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple client experience initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
• Identify automation opportunities within client services processes to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure all digital banking solutions comply with regulatory standards by monitoring operational risk and maintaining robust compliance frameworks

What You'll Need

• More than 5 years' proven experience as a business analyst within wealth management front office operations.
• Experience with digital banking projects and initiatives
• Experience with Avaloq core banking system is highly desirable as it supports seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-office processing.
• Possess strong analytical skills complemented by proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence for effective documentation and tracking.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
