Assistant Relationship Manager – External Asset Management / Intermediaries (EAM/IAM)

Our client, a European Private bank, is seeking a dynamic and successful Assistant Relationship Manager to join them, covering the EAM/IAM markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide essential support to Senior Relationship Manager in managing client relationships.
2. Oversee critical operational tasks including account opening/maintenance, trading, transfers, and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
3. Serve as a key liaison between clients and Relationship Managers, ensuring that client instructions are executed promptly and accurately.
4. Assist Relationship Managers with meeting preparation and travel arrangements
5. Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

1. Tertiary education with a relevant specialization in the fields of Finance
2. At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar function within Private Banking
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Possesses CACS 1 and 2 qualifications
6. Prior experience covering some EAM/IAM clients will be highly advantageous
