About the Role

We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our People team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence business outcomes by partnering with leaders across Poland and global accounts, driving organisational effectiveness, and leading people-focused initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment.

As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will play a key role in navigating organisational change, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of people processes. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally to deliver innovative solutions that support business growth and enhance the employee experience.

Our people are our greatest asset, and this role provides an opportunity to make a visible impact on both business performance and organisational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for a diverse employee population across Poland and abroad.

• Build strong relationships with managers, providing expert guidance and people solutions that support business objectives.

• Drive and support organisational change initiatives, helping leaders navigate transformation, workforce planning, and business growth.

• Advise managers on employee relations matters, employment risks, performance management, talent decisions, and organisational effectiveness.

• Lead and implement key People initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent development, succession planning, engagement, organisational change, and offboarding processes.

• Partner closely with Shared Service Centre (SSC) teams to ensure high-quality and efficient HR service delivery.

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, implement new tools and processes, and share HR best practices across the organisation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations while balancing business needs and employee experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (minimum 5 years) within a complex, international organisation, preferably within professional or facility management services.

• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and practical experience applying employment legislation in a business environment.

• Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change, business transformation, and stakeholder management.

• Fluent Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organisational levels.

• Strong influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with confidence partnering with leaders.

• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.

• Excellent judgement, resilience, and a proactive attitude.

• Team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong partnerships across functions and geographies.

• FM industry experience would be considered an advantage.

What We Offer:

• A position with exposure to strategic discussions and the ability to contribute to people-focused outcomes.

• Exposure to a broad range of business areas, stakeholders, and international projects.

• A collaborative and supportive team environment where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are encouraged.

• Opportunities to work with senior leaders and global teams on strategic people initiatives.

• Professional growth within a fast-growing international organisation.

• Permanent employment contract and competitive remuneration package.

• Private medical care, sports card co-financing, and life insurance support.
