Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused professional to join our team as a Consultant - Licensing, Card Design & Co-Brand .
This role sits at the intersection of product, brand, and partnerships , providing end-to-end consultancy to clients across licensing, card design, and co-brand programme development. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor , enabling clients to navigate complex approval processes, accelerate speed to market, and unlock commercial opportunities through innovative card products and partnerships.
The role plays a critical part in maintaining Visa's brand integrity, governance standards, and client experience , while supporting issuers, fintechs, and partners across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor , enabling clients to navigate complex approval processes, accelerate speed to market, and unlock commercial opportunities through innovative card products and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients and internal stakeholders, providing end-to-end guidance across licensing, card design, and co-brand partnership setup.
- Deliver expert advisory on Card Design and Co-Brand approvals, ensuring compliance with Visa Product Brand Standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
- Review and manage card design and co-brand submissions end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, quality, and delivery within defined SLAs.
- Guide clients through product launches and onboarding, aligning design, partnership structures, and licensing requirements to enable smooth and timely market entry.
- Provide strategic consultancy on co-brand programmes, supporting partner selection, value proposition design, and alignment with commercial and regulatory expectations
- Advise issuers, fintechs, and partners on brand standards, manufacturing requirements, and design feasibility, ensuring all card products meet physical, digital, and regulatory requirements.
- Enable revenue and growth opportunities by supporting co-brand approvals, accelerating speed to market, and enhancing product differentiation and customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex queries, providing clear guidance, managing expectations, and navigating clients through approval processes and governance.
- Collaborate across Onboarding, Implementation, Product, Risk, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent client experience.
- Identify and escalate risks, exceptions, or non-standard cases, applying strong judgment and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency, contributing to system enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver client-facing materials, presentations, and training, enhancing understanding of processes, timelines, and requirements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within payments, financial services, or fintech, with strong ability to provide consultative guidance to senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of card design, Co-Brand partnerships, and licensing processes, including Visa Product Brand Standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end approvals, operational workflows, and high-volume case handling, with strong attention to detail and delivery within SLAs
- Demonstrated ability to support product launches and client onboarding, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance
- Strong commercial mindset with experience advising on co-brand programmes, partnership structures, and value proposition development
- Knowledge of card manufacturing processes, brand standards, and design feasibility considerations, across physical and digital formats
- Proven ability to engage cross-functionally (Onboarding, Product, Risk, Legal, Marketing) in a global, matrixed organisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating client-facing materials, training, and stakeholder updates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, handle exceptions, and make sound judgment calls
- Track record of driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and continuous enhancement initiatives
