Position Description
Responsible for the development of business relationships and maximising revenues and servicing clients on daily basis; promote and market CLSA products.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Generate revenue
- Pitch stock ideas, industry trends and research analysis to investors
- Promote analysts; increase their connectivity with clients via phone calls and meetings
- Manage specialist sales and analysts in coverage and service of regional accounts as account manager
- Raise and maintain revenue and rankings with regional long-only and hedge fund accounts
- Facilitate distribution of CITICS products internally and externally
- Promote events, conferences and visits to the Philippines (foreign investors); push for payback of such events
- Organize and lead investor field trips for both domestic & foreign accounts
- Champion CLSA in external broker polls
- Serve as deal captain on various fund raisings, work closely with syndicate and ECM
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Finance or related discipline(s)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking sector or financial industry, with focus in regional sales
- Able to adapt in a multi-cultural environment
- Good team player and passionate about the Finance industry
- Strong interpersonal, people management and negotiations skills
- Good communication in written and spoken English
