Description & Requirements

Job Objective :

The project manager plays a key role in ensuring that Ignite Agency Transformation project and its initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget. The PM is responsible for planning all execution and implementation of the initiatives under each of the programs and realised the benefits while keeping key stakeholders in the know. To execute, the Project Manager will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all the initiatives under the transformation programs and workstreams. That maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes and ensure the benefits identified are realized.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage project progress and adapt work as required
• On-ground execution and implementation of planned initiatives
• Roll-out of interventions, including build and design of required org, structure, processes or enablers (e.g. tech, digital tools, AI)
• Change Management execution
• Impact tracking & monitoring
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Manage relationships with stakeholders
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Design & execute risk mitigation plan
• Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimize and improve processes and approach where necessary
• Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Manage large and diverse teams
