We are looking for an undergraduate who requires to undergo internship to assist for Policy Management Individual dept. functions and to perform administrative works, financial & non-financial change requests as and when requires.

You'll be responsible for:

• To perform assessment for financial and update for non -financial changes/amend policyholder's request
• To perform refund for Policy Benefits/ Policy Servicing
• To update document received by create service in system
• To perform administration work to deliver letters to agent and policyholder
• To perform of quality work - meet company target and service standard
• Involve in projects/ Campaigns

Important to your success:

• Undergraduate Diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Internship period is at least 4 months and abov
• Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
