Job Description

Investment Strategy & Wealth Product Advisory

• Translate group house views, macro themes, and asset allocation guidance into wealth product recommendations across funds, Retail Bond, structured products, FX, and other capital markets solutions.

• Evaluate and position wealth products based on market outlook, risk-return characteristics, and client suitability.

• Provide strategic guidance on product selection and port folio construction for advisory.

• Support tactical and thematic investment initiatives aligned with group strategy and market conditions.

Engagement with Specialists & Stakeholders

• Work closely with Country, Group CIO / Group Investment Office to localize and implement global investment views.

• Partner with product specialists (Portfolio Counsellor, Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) and Banca specialist) to ensure accurate representation and effective deployment of solutions.

• Act as a key coordination point between group and local teams to ensure consistency of investment messaging.

• Participate in investment committees, product forums, and strategy calls at group and regional levels.

Client Engagement & Acquisition

• Leads high-impact conversations with affluent clients, identifying growth opportunities and uncover financial needs.

• Drive acquisition of new-to-wealth product through customer events and collaborations with the client group strategy team.

Product and Solution

• Working with the country strategist team, specialist and product team on suitable wealth solutions including UT, Bonds, SI, FX, wealth protection and using PAT as the planning tool.

• Ensure solutions meet internal framework and guidelines, risk suitability standards and alignment with the client goals.

• Collaborate with the product team to refine offerings, enhance competitiveness and strengthen the bank's wealth proposition.

Portfolio Management and Monitoring

• Monitor the overall wealth portfolio performance and formulate the rebalancing strategies aligned with the market conditions on a periodic basis.

• Provide consistent and proactive updates - with increase coverage during market shifts, ensuring clients remain positioned for long-term growth

• Use analytics and PAT advisory tools to drive portfolio insights and recommendations.

Revenue and Business Growth

• Drive Wealth product penetration and revenue contribution across ACG/ EACG

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase share of wallet, product take-up and client retention.

• Contribute insights to segment strategy and advisory playbook together with specialists and wealth product team.

Content Development & Communication

• Produce clear, client-friendly investment materials including product notes, strategy papers, talking points, and presentation decks.

• Customize group investment content for local regulatory, client, and commercial requirements.

• Ensure consistent and compliant investment narratives across product and advisory channels.

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and market outlook publications.

Governance, Risk & Controls

• Ensure all investment recommendations and product positioning comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and suitability standards.

• Work closely with risk, compliance, and product governance teams to support advisory-led material approval and processes.

• Maintain strong awareness of client risk profiles, product risk disclosures, and market conduct standards.
