FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.

By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

Your role

• Monitor orders for UCI share subscriptions/redemptions, transfers and conversions.
• Prepare and send out confirmations and reports to promoters, distributors and other fund intermediaries.
• Respond rapidly to different requests from clients (inside and outside the Group) to guarantee that a quality service is provided that meets the requirements of a demanding client.
• Manage client commissions and dividends for in-house and third-party funds.
• Manage events on Funds (in kind transfers, launches, liquidations...).
• Work on automating various configurations within the tool "Multifonds Global Investor", primarily focusing on Fund setup, by implementing key controls.
• Play a coordinating role in fund-related events across teams, including fund launches, compartments, classes, mergers, and liquidations.
• Review Fund's prospectuses to ensure alignment between promoter requests and system feasibility.
• Offer technical and functional support to other teams within the service.

Your profile

• Extensive knowledge of the Transfer Agent business and all-round understanding of fund administration processes
• Unversity degree in Economics or Finance
• 5 years' experience in similar position
• Fluent in french and english
• Excellent knowledge of the "MFGI - Multifonds Global Investor" tool and proven experience in its usage.
• Extensive knowledge of the Office suite.
• SQL knowledge is a must have.
• Flexibility

• Rigor in checking, sending, confirming and monitoring orders.
• Enthusiasm and drive and ability to show initiative in solving problems.
• Enquiring mind and ability to learn quickly.
