Are you ready to take your first next step into the dynamic world of real estate? For our Valuation department, we are currently looking for a Valuation Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in financial analysis, market research and client advisory work.

What's in it for you?

As a Valuation Consultant, you will contribute to determining the value of real estate assets by analyzing economic, financial and property-related characteristics. You will support clients throughout the valuation process and help provide clear, data-driven advice to support their investment and portfolio decisions.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of real estate professionals valuing a wide range of assets, including offices, retail, logistics and industrial buildings, residential properties and leisure assets. Our clients include property investors, REITs, foreign investment funds, financial institutions and public organizations.

Let's talk about you

• You have a master's degree in economics, finance, business engineering, real estate, technical studies or equivalent, ideally combined with a first professional experience in audit, consulting, finance, valuation or another analytical role
• You are fluent in French and have a strong command of English
• You combine strong analytical and numerical skills with curiosity, a hands-on mindset and an entrepreneurial attitude
• You are a fast learner, a collaborative team player and a clear communicator with strong attention to detail
• You handle information with discretion and confidentiality
