Join a leading global alternative asset management firm specializing in private equity and private debt products.

This role focuses primarily on fund onboarding and client services operations, offering the opportunity to work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients within a highly international environment.

You will play a key role in building operational workflows and supporting the growth of sophisticated alternative investment products in Japan.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead fund onboarding activities for alternative investment products including private equity and private debt funds
• Support the development and improvement of operational workflows and onboarding processes
• Manage daily client service operations and respond to client-related inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and high service quality
• Coordinate operational support for fund-related activities and investor onboarding requirements
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
• Support communication with regional and global stakeholders in English and Japanese

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• 5-7+ years of professional experience within financial institutions or asset management firms
• Experience in onboarding operations within the financial services industry (preferably buy-side)
• Experience supporting fund operations, onboarding processes, or client service activities
• Bachelor's degree or above

Soft Skills:

• Strong coordination skills for fund onboarding and operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within international teams
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to operational detail

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with alternative investment products such as private equity or private debt
• Background within global asset management or investment management firms
• Experience supporting cross-border operational processes or international clients
