Our client an international Business with 3 sites in Ireland are currently looking to recruit a Financial Controller to join them on a six month contract.



Reporting to the Head of finance Role will briefly involve:

• Year End - Oversee preparation for site year end activities
  
  
  
  • Balance Sheet Review
  
  
  • Initial point of contact for site finance with external auditors
  
  
  • Financial responsibility for stock check process
  
  

• Management Control Systems

• 
  
  
  
  • Ensure site is adhering to MCS process and avoid any internal audit issues
  
  

• Team Management

• 
  
  
  
  • Day to day management of team (until permanent structure in place)
  
  

• Key member of site leadership team

• 
  
  
  
  • supporting on day to day issues
  
  

• Job Costing

• 
  
  
  
  • Understand, review and improve current job costing process
  
  

Ideal person would be fully qualified, have strong technical finance skills (to support year-end), strong management skills and some relevant manufacturing experience
