Client Accountant - Property -Dublin City Centre

The Company

Our client is a market leader in the Real Estate Industry, they are seeking to appoint a Client Accountant in a customer facing and varied role.

The Position :

The client accountant will be responsible for working on a number of key accounts and managing the relationships and financial reporting of these. The main duties of the role will include:

• Preparation of management accounts
• Financial statement preparation
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial Analysis
• Preparation and review of statutory and tax returns
• Ensuring client is compliant with other statutory/reporting obligations
• Improve financial policies and procedures
• Oversight of Service Charge calculations and audits
• Value add projects for projects

Role will be a mix of working in the office and remotely.

The Person:

• Similar Experience in real estate, funds or practice
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communicator
• Good attention to detail
