Job Description

Asset Management LFO staff lead for centralized expense reporting utility across global operations in North America, EMEA/Asia and denominated in numerous currencies. Identify process improvements and design new functionalities to drive efficiencies and analytic capabilities to global asset management LFO team. Serve as SME and model owner for global staffing costs across CTI including development of management facing reporting and analysis. Manages and provides coaching and tactical training to Financial Analyst/s or trainees/interns.

Responsibilities

Maintain core database to meet expense reporting requirements by business area and account. Populate excel based expense reports for roughly 25 business areas on a quarterly basis including initial financial commentary versus budget. Attend and support business facing LFO staff in business partner meetings. Primary owner and SME of CTI staff costs & FTE tracking model.
Maintain data infrastructure to support Forecast & Planning team.
Lead the month-end and quarter-end closing process for CTI segment by analyzing the business performance and senior management packages/dashboards.
Ad hoc projects and independently develop/enhance simple to complex models to make future reporting and analysis more efficient and enable cross team trainings.
Manages and provide coaching and tactical training to Financial Analyst/s or trainees/interns.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, Access and Excel), and hands on experience of querying data from SQL server
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with intellect to both develop and challenge explanations & arguments
Experience in working and managing relationships with global teams
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to lead up to finance and business leaders as well as across the organization
Experience in reporting function for at least 5 years with excellent problem solving and strong analytical abilities
Process improvement experience

Expertise in SQL Server
PowerPivot/Power BI
Experience in presenting to senior management
