SUMMARY : Leads the design of sophisticated, high-impact digital lending platform experiences, translating complex business requirements into usable, engaging software interfaces. Conducts comprehensive user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to optimize product functionality. Creates detailed UX deliverables, including personas, concept maps, process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that communicate product architecture effectively across teams. Serves as the go-to design consultant across the organization, advising teams on design problems and guiding them toward sound solutions. Influences the evolution of UI patterns, collaborates with content writers to maintain UX integrity, and presents concepts to stakeholders. Plays a pivotal role in setting design standards and mentoring junior designers while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

  • Present design concepts and research findings to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership, linking design decisions to business outcomes such as adoption, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver complete handoff packages covering states, edge cases, and multi-device behavior, and partner with Development and QA to ensure design fidelity.
  • Lead the team's use of AI tools to speed up research, prototyping, and documentation without lowering the quality bar.
  • Design external-facing assets with Marketing and Sales, including sales collateral and websites, keeping the brand and product experience consistent.
  • Act as the go-to design consultant for teams across the organization, advising on design problems and guiding them toward sound solutions.
  • Set and meet project goals and deadlines; mentor and guide junior designers and strengthen design culture through critiques and documentation.
