Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for bond underwriting, including pricing advice, market updates, road show itinerary, bookkeeping, pricing and distribution;
2. Establish and maintain a trade mechanism, such as MTN and CT issuance;
3. Provide market updates, including establishing and maintaining a bond issuance database and providing market analysis;
4. Conduct preliminary analysis based on customer and market conditions, and research & analyse feasible distribution structures, provide pricing advice and assist team to conduct sales & marketing work;
5. Establish and maintain relationships with issuers and investors, and provide information and requirements to issuers;
6. Assist team in finding issuance opportunities and provide pricing advice;
7. Strengthen the underwriting ability for the team.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (or above) in Finance, Economics, Marketing or other relevant areas;
2. 7 years of bond underwriting or sales experience or more than 8 years of bond issuance experience;
3. CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
4. Strong market sensibility and bond pricing analysis, and underwriting capabilities;
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
6. Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
7. Passionate and motivated to contribute to marketing and sales;
8. Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
9. Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills.
