VP - Syndication Loan Origination (foreign Corp. bank)

Overview

One of the fastest growing corporate banks in Asia. Due to aggressive banking strategy, they are now seek for a VP for their Syndication loan team in their origination function.

Role requirements

• Contribute in the market profit targets and objectives
• Support the section head in pitching, structuring syndication related solutions and handle internal coordination.
• Responsible in participation of the origination functions, including handling preparation of pitch books and other related work;
• Formulating appropriate strategy to ensure mandate;
• Work closely with Loan Syndication Team to identify the reverse market's business model
• Use innovative tools and strategy to ensure value creation for clients and enhance bank's competitive edge.
• Streamline and maintaining filing system;
• Maintain active conversation with both investors and competitors in the market

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in syndicated loan business.
• Candidate who has experience in credit evaluation will have advantage.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
