Job Description

• Managing the administration of trusts in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Reviewing and processing trust-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Providing professional and timely support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring trust operations align with legal and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information securely.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external purposes.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the trust services function.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
• Good working experience under Trust/ Payment operation or relevant field within banking industry
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
• Work collaboratively with team member
• Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
• Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
