Team Head, Syndication Loan

Descriptions:

• Pitching and execution of syndication mandates
• Solicit potential clients for syndicated loan
• Assess the credit worthiness of prospective borrowers, conduct market comparable analysis, due diligence, prepare syndication risk analysis and perform cashflow analysis
• Prepare information memorandum and presentation materials by obtaining relevant market information and liaison with customers directly
• Formulate syndication strategy based on research on market appetite, competing deal(s) and market depth analysis
• Negotiate with borrower, legal counsel and lenders on loan agreement
• Perform special duties as assigned by the Head of Syndication from time to time
• Support co-marketing with Head Office / other branches as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in leading university
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in loan syndication. 
• Proven financial, commercial and business acumen
• Strong analytical skills and highly numerate and articulate
• Good presentation skills. A team player with strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Can work efficiently and independently under minimal supervision. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of MS applications including Excel and Power Point and good PC skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
