As a leadership role and key contributor to the sales & business development on Trustee services, with coverage on Funds, Transfer Agency & Custody functions
Main responsibilities
- Formulate business & marketing plans, solicit business opportunities with existing and new potential asset management companies, fund management companies to promote trustee services
- Actualize the marketing and business opportunities to achieve financial KPIs
- Oversee the Trustee operations on daily routine operations, with coverage on Fund Administration, Transfer Agency & Custody functions
- Customize the trustee services to institutional funds
- Engage in client on-boarding and due diligence process
- Work with FIG relationship managers on marketing activities
- Prepare and monitor the financial budget
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above with minimum of 10 years relevant experience
- With good leadership to oversee and manage team members
- Excellent business acumen and knowledge in global custody, trust and fund industry
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
