Senior Sustainability Manager - ESG Reporting & Disclosure section

Responsibilities

• Drive the Group’s ESG reporting efforts including data collection and analysis, ESG report development, data verification, and report design
• Coordinate and submit the Group’s response to ESG disclosure and ratings exercises
• Devise and conduct stakeholder engagement exercises and materiality assessments, which inform strategy development and goal setting
• Work closely with members of BEA’s ESG Work Group in goal setting and monitoring
• Keep staff at all levels abreast of BEA’s progress as well as trends in the market through internal engagement and other forms of communication

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a supervisory position is preferred
• Proven track record in ESG reporting including the HKEX ESG Reporting Guide, GRI Standards, and TCFD
• Solid experience preparing and submitting information for ESG disclosure exercises including CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, etc.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, including related climate strategies, climate risk, and green & sustainable finance
• Analytical mind and able to work with large amounts of financial and non-financial data, especially environmental data
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
• Strong project and time management skills
