Senior Manager, SME lending

Fusion Bank Limited (“Fusion Bank”) is a licensed virtual bank in Hong Kong and a joint venture between Tencent Holdings Limited, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Hillhouse Capital and renowned Hong Kong entrepreneur Mr. Adrian Cheng (invested via investment entity – Perfect Ridge Limited), each bringing unique expertise, experience and insight to the partnership. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on SME lending business according to the Bank’s business development strategy, establish the Bank’s SME lending systems, procedures and know-how.
• Responsible for SME lending business strategic planning and product design.
• Coordinate and drive SME lending business related product development.
• Responsible for drafting SME lending business related policy and procedure, participate in lending system UAT testing.
• Responsible for business development and product promotion according to the Bank’s target market and customer segmentation, achieve business target.

Requirements:

• Familiar with general SME credit market and business requirement of SME customers.
• Sound knowledge in SME lending related systems and business.
• Familiar with general banking lending product development.
• Familiar with SME credit risk management.
• Strong knowledge in IT systems and internet financing.
• Innovative and a team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
