Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver external communications, media materials, executive messaging, speeches, and briefing documents.
• Manage media enquiries, cultivate journalist relationships, and support proactive media engagement.
• Monitor media coverage, identify reputational risks and opportunities, and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with regional business units and internal stakeholders to ensure aligned and effective communications.
• Manage PR agencies, translation providers, and other external vendors.
• Support communications measurement, reporting, and website content updates where required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, public relations, or corporate affairs.
• Strong media relations experience and a proven ability to craft compelling written content.
• Experience supporting senior executives with speeches, briefing materials, and external engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred.
• Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regional environment.
