A top tier Chinese Investment Bank is searching Senior Institutional Sales to develop foreign institutional clients base in both mainland China and Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Participate in new issue placement, IPO underwriting and secondary market in equities products;
Maintain relationship with existing institutional clients, generate and develop new institutional clients, mainly covering foreign houses;
Source and originate business opportunity on equity products;
Ability to grasp institution and corporation clients for their appetites and communicate back to teams for solutions;
Follow through the whole process for the provision of products and services to execution.
Requirementsx
Master degree holder or above in Finance, Investment or related discipline(s);
6-10 years relevant experience in equities, preferably with an established client base;
Good communicator and have a board vision of sales and distribution strategy & pitch flow;
Tactful in handling clients’ needs and think out of the box for solution from multi-perspectives;
Organized and well planned with a strong desire for success;
Good relationship with broker house to build business;
Have persistent and patient attitudes in winning deals;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
