We are looking for a detail-oriented Private Equity Fund Accounting Senior Finance Manager to join our PE client in Hong Kong. You will oversee fund accounting operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial records.

Job Description

• Managing and overseeing daily fund accounting operations.
• Leading a team of 3
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Preparing accurate financial reports and statements.
• Leading and mentoring a team of fund accountants.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements for increased efficiency.
• Resolving complex accounting issues and queries.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fund Accounting Team Lead should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.
• 10 years of fund accounting experience in a PE company
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
