Responsibilities:
- Perform the role as Departmental Operation Risk Manager (DORM) to supervise internal compliance issue, develop and implement an effective compliance practice
- Review regularly on internal policies/procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations
- Carry out assessments, sampling inspections, self-examinations to fulfill the compliance requirements of the Bank / regulatory bodies
- Evaluate business activities or procedures (e.g, risk and control assessment, licensed intermediary business monitoring, internal inspection, enterprise financial cross-environmental activity inspection, etc.) to identify compliance risks
- Provide compliance training to internal staff and also the front-line units
- Degree or above in Law, Risk Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 5 years' or above of experience in audit, banking operations, internal control in Banks / financial sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Independent and with good analytical skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is preferred
