A leading Asia-based fintech is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow strategic client relationships across Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.

This client-facing role combines structured-products expertise, consultative sales and project delivery. You will manage the full client lifecycle-from business development and account management through to coordinating bespoke platform requests and driving solutions across internal teams.

• Build and develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at financial institutions.
  
• Own client engagements end-to-end, including business development, project coordination and customised requests.
  
• Act as the primary relationship manager for existing regional clients.
  
• Gather client feedback, identify issues and coordinate internal teams to deliver practical solutions.
  
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, budgets and forecasts.
  
• Support the continued development and adoption of a cross-asset structured-products technology platform.
  

• At least 5 years' experience in financial services, consulting, fintech or a related client-facing role.
  
• Strong understanding of structured products, including platform workflows, pay-offs and execution processes.
  
• Ability to engage credibly with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  
• Proven consultative sales, account-management and project-management skills.
  
• Commercially minded, highly organised and able to work independently.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English.
  
• Degree in finance, engineering, computer science or a related discipline preferred.
  
• Willingness to undertake moderate regional travel.
