A leading, SFC-licensed financial institution is seeking a driven and sophisticated Relationship Manager / Wealth Management Specialist to manage and elevate relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen daily relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients, building long-term partnerships to enhance loyalty and asset retention.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire potential premium clients; assist them with account opening, risk assessments, and product allocation to drive sales of diversified financial products, including HK/US equities and public/private equity funds.
- Market Insights & Strategy: Leverage the firm’s professional investment research to communicate market views on HK, US, and global asset allocation; help clients develop investment plans tailored to their risk profiles and capture market opportunities.
- Compliance & Portfolio Management: Assist in asset allocation planning and portfolio management to achieve steady wealth growth, ensuring strict adherence to Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Client Service: Monitor client investment dynamics and provide regular portfolio reviews, market reports, and value-added services to enhance the overall investment experience.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Cantonese is required. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential for professional communication with HNW clients.
- Education: Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Graduates from prestigious domestic or overseas universities are preferred.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates; 1–3 years of experience in securities brokerage, wealth management, private banking, or family offices is a plus.
- Licensing: Holders of SFC Type 1 Regulated Activity License are preferred. Unlicensed candidates must obtain the license within a specified timeframe after joining.
- Professional Knowledge: Solid foundation in financial markets, including familiarity with HK/US stock trading rules, product structures, and industry trends. Basic understanding of asset allocation and wealth planning.
- Soft Skills: High integrity and professional ethics; strong customer service mindset and business negotiation skills; resilient under pressure and a team player with a long-term passion for wealth management.
