Relationship Manager, Financial Institutions

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business relationship with Bank clients;
• Handle Nostro accounts and Vostro Accounts opening with Bank clients;
• Conduct KYC review to ensure full compliance with the regulation set by Local Authority;
• Conduct calls and visits to the bank clients in Hong Kong & China to promote the Bank’s services and products;
• Deal with Head Office and manage the limits availability with other banks in order to facilitate business of FI, Treasury & Trade Finance;
• Handle and process customer enquiries efficiently and effectively and ensure all requests are followed through timely and thoroughly;
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or business related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in banking;
• Strong communication and analytical skill
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
