Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of semi-private clients, ensuring personalized service and long-term relationship building.
Provide advisory services across deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and structured products.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to align with client goals, risk appetite, and market conditions.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell banking products, driving revenue growth.
Collaborate with product specialists and private banking teams to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Organize client engagement activities, seminars, and events to strengthen client loyalty.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
4 years of experience in advisory or sales role across retail banking, private banking or wealth management, with proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust and credibility.
Solid knowledge of banking products, investment solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
Results-driven, client-centric, and compliance-conscious mindset.
