About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank with global coverage. Currently, they are hiring for QA Analyst to join the team to deliver the high quality standards in KYC and client lifecycle procedure.

Job Description

• Conduct QA testing on business processes across Asia and Australia, including onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger event reviews, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Review, validate, and clearly summarize QA findings.
• Assist with QA reporting, management information, and ad-hoc thematic reviews.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to support remediation of QA observations.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the QA Lead.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset and sound understanding of risk and control.
• Data-driven, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of CIP requirements, KYC documentation, complex account structures, and private wealth management regulations is a plus.
• SOW corroboration knowledge is an advantage.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
