Project Specialist - Insurance / Financial Services / up to 40k

I am currently helping our Client seeking a Project Specialist to join the team in Hong Kong.

Role

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end project activities, ensuring timely achievement of milestones, deliverables, and project goals.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and insights during stakeholder meetings and project discussions.
• Drive the design, research, testing, and deployment of Digital Workplace and End-User Services (EUS) solutions, including proof-of-concept development.
• Recommend and implement solutions involving Windows OS, Active Directory, Intune/MDM, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management technologies.
• Ensure all technology implementations comply with enterprise security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee vendor relationships and support to ensure optimal performance and support of technology services.
• Partner with facilities, infrastructure, and network teams to facilitate seamless project execution and operational integration.

Should Have

• Extensive experience with Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory / Azure AD, Intune, MDM solutions, and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Solid understanding of network and server infrastructure fundamentals.
• Familiarity with unified communication platforms and meeting room technologies such as Teams, Zoom, and MS Teams Rooms is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital security practices, compliance standards, and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven experience in vendor management and collaborating cross-functionally with facilities and infrastructure teams.
